FAFSA INFORMATION

What is the FAFSA?

FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This form is used to determine the amount of money a family is expected to contribute to the price of attending a postsecondary institution. The results of the FAFSA are used in determining student grants, work study, and loan amounts.

SENIORS: The 2017-2018 FAFSA will be available on October 1, 2017
and will use 2016 tax information. Come to the Application Night
for assistance with the FAFSA! (Dates to follow)

What is needed for the Application night?

Please bring a copy of your income tax forms, W2s, your social security numbers, any additional financial documents, and parent/student demographic information.

**Graduating seniors who will be using A+ Schools Program funds must file the FAFSA, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  In addition, most colleges require that students file the FAFSA before they award any financial aid or scholarships.  Seniors and their parents needing help with the FAFSA may contact the Counseling Office 751-9616 or 751-9605.
